Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 79jl website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 79jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

79jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 79jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from 79jl or any other gaming operator.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 79jl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 79jl will conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures, which may require you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 79jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 79jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 79jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 79jl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access gaming services.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified us of a security breach.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

79jl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Deposits & Withdrawals

79jl supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as specified on the Platform at the time of transaction. 79jl does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits, where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 79jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

All funds held in your 79jl account are held in trust for you and are kept separate from 79jl's operational funds. 79jl does not pay interest on account balances.

Bonuses & Promotions

79jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 79jl promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 79jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages.

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and binding, subject to the outcome of the relevant game or event.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, 79jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• 79jl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds in their account before placing bets. 79jl does not extend credit to players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 79jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to card counting in live dealer games where prohibited by game rules.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 79jl immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 79jl staff through any communication channel.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 79jl.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use the 79jl name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 79jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond 79jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 79jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 79jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Termination

79jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 79jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 79jl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. 79jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 79jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
